Family-owned since 1937. Under new management since April 2025. Andreas and Thomas Bawart have shaped and led Banner for decades. In April 2025, they handed over operational management to Werner Töpfl – a change aimed at further development. The Bawart family remains closely associated with Banner as the company’s owners.
What remains are our unwavering values.
New opportunities lie ahead. The Banner Management Board embodies this vision: Werner Töpfl as CEO, Franz Märzinger as Director Sales & Marketing and Florian Steinhart as Director Operations.
