Our health programme
Banner Fit brings health into the working day. With talks and workshops on nutrition, exercise, stress management and addiction prevention. No theory – just practical ideas.
In addition, there are health days featuring vital sign check-ups and sports advice. In-house company doctor. Vaccination drives. Training courses delivered via e-learning and in person.
Health and safety

First piece of good news: at Banner, ergonomic workstations are the norm. The second piece of good news is that these are constantly being evaluated and improved. Physical strain is reduced. Mental health boosted.
The Health and Safety Committee meets regularly – with the employer, the works council, the health and safety officer and the occupational health service. Together, they develop measures to ensure safe and healthy working conditions.

Challenging times call for professional help. Banner offers psychological counselling through external specialist services. Confidentially, of course. Banner covers the cost of the first four appointments at Igemo.
We provide information on shift work, nutrition and addiction prevention. Raising awareness of mental health issues. Training managers to identify risks at an early stage and act responsibly.
